|Project:||Länsstyrelsen are 21 authorities around Sweden who cooperate. That means there are 21 authorities where each one has their own website. With the new solution, however, it gives the authorities the opportunity to interact and share content with each other, which means that content needed in several counties can be managed centrally and then automatically “pushed out” on the county-specific sites. This is something that makes administration easier and contributes positively to the quality of the site.
Ellinor’s role in the project has been technical project manager, where she has had daily contact with the customer and weekly meetings with all web site managers for the various authorities. She has been responsible for ensuring the requirements are reached and ensuring that all developers in her team knew what to do to ensure delivery on time.
Ellinor has also been an architect, where she was responsible for how the solution was set up and built the template package. She has also acted as an accessibility expert during the project to ensure that the new Länsstyrelsens websites meets the requirements for accessibility for the authorities. Ellinor has overseen the project support during the building off the websites, where she was responsible for ensuring that any questions and bugs reported have been fixed and answered. The support was open for hundreds of editors. Ellinor has also been incharge of educating and hold training courses for the web site managers and editors, in total over 170 people.

Vetenskapsrådet / The Swedish Research Council

|Project:||Vetenskapsrådet / The Swedish Research Council is an authority under the Ministry of Education, which finances research and research infrastructure. They also act as advisors to the government in research policy issues and work to increase understanding of research’s long-term social benefits. Large sections of the Swedish Research Council’s website are based on exposing announcements, contributions and publications that are also categorized to then be searched and filtered. Ellinor’s role in the project has been an architectural role where she has together with the customer worked on finding a solution based on the customers requirements, advising what is and is not possible as well as the creation of the basic set up of the template package as SiteVision best practices. Ellinor’s role as also involved making sure the website is accessible and of course responsive. The project was then transferred to a development team who took over and completed the project for launch.

Malmö stad / The municipality of Malmö
|Date:||August 2017 – October 2018|
|Project:||Ellinor oversaw the administration, new fixes and bug fixes for all of Malmö municipality web sites. External Web Sites, Intranet sites and test sites. Ellinor had daily customer contact and worked with various smaller and larger assignments within the municipality. An example of what Ellinor did was to set up a template package for all upper secondary schools in Malmö municipality. She was also actively coming up with improvement proposals and served as an adviser when needed. Ellinor always did this with the highest focus on usability, accessibility – WCAG 2.0 level AA and of course fully responsive sites.
Smedjabackens kommun / The municipality of Smedjebacken

|Project:||Ellinor had a number of different roles in this project. She was responsible and was project leader and made sure everything kept to the budget and tiem schedule and kept a close dialogue with the customer. She also took the role of UX designer and Graphic designer and, among other things, presented graphic sketches according to Smedjebacken’s existing graphic profile. Smedjebacken didn’t have an intranet before this was built so it was very important for Ellinor to keep a close dialogue with the customer and users to find out what was most important to them. Based on this, the intranet was built. Ellinor built the template package in SiteVision entirely according to WCAG 2.0 level AA accessibility requirements and also made the intranet with responsive design.

Burlövs kommun / The municipality of Burlöv

|Project:||Burlöv wanted to create a brand new website that felt light and fresh, modern, was responsive, but above all extremely accessible. Ellinor was assigned to produce a new graphic design and build a the new responsive website for Burlöv using SiteVision.Ellinor started with creating a concept and the creation of wireframes, then she did the graphic design based Burlöv municipality’s new graphic profile. Burlöv was, during the entire process, involved in the work and because of this Ellinor created a design that Burlöv are very happy with. Ellinor has also created the fully responsive templates and made sure that they achieve WCAG 2.0 Level AA. Accecability is very important for Burlöv and they had high requirements on this. In addition, Ellinor easy heled a train course for the editors so that they could add the content to the site.

Ale kommun / The municipality of Ale
|Date:||December 2016 – February 2017|
|Project:||Ellinor helped launch Ale.se in 2013 and they felt it was time to do a facelift of the site. Ellinor’s assignment was to lead the project and to develop new sketches based on the existing design. So to produce sketches of what was possible to do on the existing site to achieve a more modern look. This required careful studying of the current site to figure out what was possible to access to style without affecting the page content and without creating new templates. After the design was approved Ellinor made the necessary changes in SiteVision. Accessibility is extremely important to Ale and they are top 11 on SKLs list of municipal websites so it was very important to them that this would not be affected by a new look.

|Project:||Svevia delivered design sketches created by a design agency and Ellinor’s task was to take these sketches and turn them into a user-friendly template package in SiteVision. The site is fully responsive and will work on most devices. The customer requested a lot of customizable design elements, for example to be able to change colors and patterns on the various surfaces. This, without knowing how to program. Ellinor developed a user-friendly solutions for this.

|Project:||Ellinor helped the customer to create a list of functions of what was needed and what was most important in their website. From this list Ellinor created design sketches based on the customer’s graphic profile for the external web and intranet. Ellinor created icons specific to Nerikes Brandkår. Once the design was set Ellinor created a completely responsive SiteVision page based on the sketches produced. The site meets the availability requirements as municipal departments have. The goal of the Intranet is to facilitate communication between the fire stations different departments, as they are spread out at several locations. Ellinor developed features to solve this problem by using various web basted information boards where departments can update the information on the intranet instead of locally at each fire station. The sites are finished but waiting for the customer to ad texts and images before the site can go live.

Göteborgsregionens kommunalförbund – GR

|Project:||This assignment was to add a new design for the startpage, page headers and footers of the website and create responsive templets for the already made SiteVision templates. This means that only the startpage gets a totally new look but all the pages are fully responsive and get a semi-new look as all pages get the new header and footer but the center part stays the same as the old pages. For this, new responsive templates and template for the home page have been created and then combined with the old templates. The reason for not changing the look of the subpages is to keep the cost down but still get a new modern and resposniv page.

|Project:||Ellinor has developed a responsive SiteVision website for the municipality of Hässleholm. The project was called “Hässleholm – Framtidens webb/the future of the Web”. The project was to create a user friendly website with high priorities in accessibility (WCAG) and being able to locate what you are looking for. Every part of the website is responsive and can therefore be used on any device. Communication between the customer and Ellinor has been frequent to make sure that she created a website to match what the customer wanted. To start with the customer didn’t really know what they wanted so Ellinor has had a leading role in advising what functionality is needed and also what goes where. Ellinor has also taught the municipality of Hässleholm how to use SiteVision and held educational workshops to ensure that the editors know what they are doing and to make their job easier whiles publishing webpages.

|Project:||The assignment consists of creating a new layout and design for the internal system eArkiv/eArchive which is a system where all the old hospital records stored in Region Skåne.Today’s system is very old, illogical and difficult to use. Ellinor created wireframes and Photoshop design sketches for the 21 different views of the system. In order to create these sketches Ellinor had to find out what the customer and the systems users needed. To do this Ellinor held a number of workshops, this to find out which parts are undesirable and find out what the users are missing from the system today. When the information was collected Ellinor Created Wireframes in Balsamiq Mockups for all the views and features. These where then tested on the users to see if they meet the standard the customer and users wanted. The information from these test was the used to produce the design sketches in Photoshop. Ellinor will also create a design manual for the new sketches.

|Project:||The assignment of Falkenberg Museum consisted of that the customer wanted a site aimed for schoolchildren and teenagers. The site would be used for educational purposes for children to learn more about the History of Falkenberg. The site is created in WordPress and is based on a map where you can drag a timeline to see when various historical events, places and people who lived in Falkenberg. The site focuses mainly on an iPad but works in the mobiles other tablets as well as computer screens. Ellinor’s mission was to draw the graphic design, including the illustrated city that shows some of Falkenberg’s historical buildings. The design is done based on user studies and wireframes made by a UX designer. When Ellinor was finished with the design work she did the styling of an empty WordPress theme to create the appearance of the sketches. Ellinor did all the CSS and HTML parts of the assignment.

Klippans kommun / The municipality of Klippan

|Project:||This assignment consisted of holding an educational seminars about SiteVision 3 for the customer’s own editors at the municipality of Klippan. The municipality had just upgraded from SiteVision 2 too SiteVision 3 so Ellinor went through the differences, what’s new and what has been removed. This to make the editors’ job easier after the upgrade.

|Wilh. Wilhelmsen||In this assignment Ellinor created responsive design for Wilh. Wilhelmsens intranet in SharePoint 2013. Wilh. Wilhelmsen has about 13,000 users. The responsive design was developed based on the old pages according to customer requirements. Ellinor also created a graphic manual.|
|Forshaga kommun||Ellinor rebuilt Forshaga Municipality existing templates for Responsive templates. She has retained the current design of the web view and styled the look of the responsive views. This has been a “quick-project” and the entire project was done without any down time for the existing site. The page is develop in SiteVision with user-friendly design even when surfing via mobile devices.|
|Hässleholm Tourist center & Hässleholm Kultur hus||Ellinor has for this projects created a templet which is editable depending on which website it is used on. For example on Hovdala castles website the color is red, white and grey, while on Hässleholm Kultur hus /Culture House the color theme is orange and black. The website is totally responsive so it works on mobiles, tablets and computers. The customer wanted to be able to create several different views for the front page so Ellinor created mini-templates for this so the customer easily can change if they want 3, 4, 5 or 6 boxes on the front page.|
|Vadsbo gymnasiet, VänerEnergi & Mariehus||Add a new design from a different designer for the front page of the website and create responsive templets for the already made SiteVision templates. This means that only the front page gets a new look but all the pages are fully responsive.|
|BORF – Bohus
|Created design sketches and created a website for Bohus Räddningstjänstförbund in SiteVision. The work was conducted with a tight dialog with the customer with ongoing changes according to the customer requirements. Within this assignment there were several CSS adjustments including a customized top and left menu. Also the creation of a user-friendly slideshow with jQuery was done. The requirement for the slideshow was that it should be soft, discreet and not take up too much space on the side but still visible and well designed.|
|The assignment was to fix accessibility problems on BRÅs website. The client also needed new, more user-friendly slideshow done with jQuery. Special adaptations in the form of CSS and scripts were created for different parts of the website. The assignment also included troubleshooting and development of solutions for some of the bugs that BRÅ have had problems with on the website.|
|Jönköpings kommun – Offentliga rummet||The assignment include being responsible for a design workshop to arrive at the customer’s requirements and preferences of the Site. ”Offentliga rummets” look and design sketches were then created based on the results of the design workshop. The design sketches where implemented in SiteVision completely done with responsive design. There were also CSS customizations developed for this. This assignment also included to produce a slideshow with jQuery and a custom menu.|
|Migrationsverket – Enaro||This assignment was to create design sketches based on old SiteVision templates to get a new look for Enaros website. It also required that the appearance of the existing templates were adjusted to achieve the appearance of the design sketches. This required CSS customizations in the existing code. On behalf of the client, I was also responsible for teaching the editors how to use SiteVision.|
|Tidningen Curier||Performed aesthetic changes on the newspaper Curirs website, including modifying the picture texts appearance and created a new template for narrow news. This with SiteVision but manly custom CSS and jQuery solutions.|
|Nykvarns kommun||Created design sketches according to the customer’s wishes. Three similar design structures but with three different color schemes, one for each school. The implementation of these design sketches in SiteVision was done and custom CSS adjustments were made.|
|Halmstads kommun||Created a custom left menu and search box as well as a customized slideshow with hearts as bullets to for the municipality of Halmstads intranet – this done with jQuery.|
|Eslövs kommun||Created templates in SiteVision for a a visiters to Eslov site were calendar events are uploaded. A Swedish version and an English version was created. The events calendar created by City Break was added and set up. Also a page structure was created in SiteVision.|
|Örebros kommun||Acted as SiteVision support for the municipality of Örebro. This included everything from setting up users, changing roles, to troubleshooting various issues and areas.|
|Älmhults kommun||Created design sketches and created a responsive website for the municipality of Älmhult in SiteVision that is completely tailored to both mobiles and tablets. The where also several CSS customizations developed for this. This mission also included to produce a slideshow with jQuery and custom menus.|
|Ludvika kommun||Used the customers SiteVision templates for ludvika.se and changed the color theme to achieve the requirements for UpphandlingsCentrest’s website.|
|Borrby smådjursklinik||Created a small website using html and css. The project also included the graphical design of the website. The entire page and design was completed in 3 days.|
|Region Skåne – App – Vård i skåne||Ellinor designed wireframes, user flow and created sketches and icons for an app (Vård i Skåne) for Region Skåne. The app’s function is to enable users to locate, health centers and hospitals through both a map view, list format and give the user the ability to search for hospitals. Within the app you can also locate the car park that is the nearest to the hospital of your choice and also you can find information about the hospital. You can call the hospital or ask the hospital to call you directly from the application.|
